UK orders shipped using our delivery partner Hermes or Royal Mail, are delivered Monday to Saturday. We ship worldwide using UPS, DHL or FEDEX, but do not not deliver to P.O. Boxes, as signatures are required. Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise. All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a refund, in accordance with the terms below. A full online refund (excluding original delivery charge) will only be issued if the goods are returned within 28 days of purchase. Once received, you should receive your refund within 3 working days. Proof of postage must be obtained – as without proof, no claim can be made for items lost or damaged in transit. All returns should be accompanied by a proof of purchase, e.g. your packing slip or invoice, or a printout/handwritten details of your order if no packing note was enclosed.
